Over the past few years, a lot of effort, time and energy has been spent working with consumer influencers. Yet, our own best (and most cost-effective) influencers sit in the halls of our very offices. Kristina Libby will explore how you train and prepare your leadership team to be more effective online and offline influencers for your brand and how to best allocate resources to boost their impact.
