Entry- Level Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years experience in marketing or public relations field
  • 1-year supervisory experience

Duties include:

  • Develops and coordinates outreach activities
  • Makes personal appearances and presentations at a variety of venues promoting CareLink
  • Manages the Information & Assistance department
  • Conducts & maintains relationships with a variety of potential referral sources throughout our 6-county area
  • Develops program materials & trains others to present
  • Develops & coordinates photo shoots, video production, etc.
  • Works with vendors in the design, production and placement of ads
  • Participates in the development, coordination and implementation of strategic marketing & PR plans
  • Assists with coordination and promotion of agency events
  • Develops & maintains active network of key area media representatives to promote media coverage
  • Responds to press & media inquiries
  • Writes media releases
  • Oversees maintenance and updates of agency website
  • Manages upkeep of agency social media accounts
  • Creates and implements yearly Communications Plan
