How to Turn Potential into Performance:
Setting goals for yourself is a way to fuel your ambition. Yet often times we have the best intentions when setting a goal but still don’t achieve the desired result. In this interactive workshop we’ll uncover what’s truly needed to achieve our personal and professional goals, and learn how to combat the issues that typically steal our focus. We’ll also uncover the key to time management and motivation to help us stay on track throughout the year.
Sales Manager and Certified Trainer
Scott Dutile is a Sales Manager and Certified Trainer for the Little Rock Metro. Scott has been with Dale Carnegie since 2010. His scope of responsibilities includes new business development, leading his sales team, and promoting the enhancement of leadership skills with partnering companies. Scott has been recognized each of the last 9 years as a top performer in sales and training. Multiple times he has been ranked in the top 10 trainers worldwide for Dale Carneige based on participant feedback.
He is a graduate from Harding University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and majored in Marketing. Before coming to Dale Carnegie Scott worked at Acxiom Corporation as a Client Delivery Specialist.
He is a native of Plymouth, New Hampshire and now resides in Little Rock, Arkansas with his wife Amy and sons Carson and Riley.
