Join us for the annual PRSA Holiday Party as we gather together to enjoy food, merriment and lots of good cheer together!

We will celebrate UCA Student Lola Simmons, the first Arkansas PRSA scholarship recipient, as she presents her scholarship essay.

We will also hold the installation of the 2022 PRSA Officers. In addition, we will be giving back to the community to spread good cheer!

This year, we are inviting our members to bring donated items for Home for Healing, a home away from home for parents of NICU babies and individuals and their caregivers undergoing cancer treatment at UAMS in Little Rock. Many guests end up at Home for Healing on very short notice and have minimal belongings with them.

Home for Healing provides the following items to guests free of charge:

Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors, deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.)
Office supplies (postage stamps, plain white envelopes, printer paper, HP ink 63, etc.)
Non-perishable individually wrapped snacks of any kind
Paper plates, disposable cups, napkins
Coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, sweeteners, etc.
Puzzles, games, cards, etc.

Home for Healing is also in need of facility items to help guest feel more home. Cleaning supplies such as: Clorox Scentiva mopping cloths, Clorox wipes, Lysol, dishwashing detergent, liquid hand soap, 33-gallon trash bags, kitchen trash bags, etc. Paper goods such as: toilet paper, paper towels and facial tissue. Laundry goods such as: detergent and dryer sheets.
